Do you offer free onboarding and training?

Yes! All plans include free onboarding. Professional and Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding specialist and comprehensive team training. We also provide documentation, video tutorials, and webinars for all users.
Can we integrate ITC Reconcile Pro with our ERP system?

The app imports purchase and sales registers as Excel/CSV exports from Tally or any accounting software, plus GSTR-1, GSTR-2B and GSTR-3B files downloaded from the GST portal. There is no live ERP connection or public API yet; if you need one, tell us what you use.
What about data security and compliance?

ITC Reconcile Pro is a Windows desktop app. Client files and reconciliation results are kept in a local database on your own computer, not on our servers. Saved GST portal passwords are encrypted. We do not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification.
Do you offer multi-language support?

Yes, the platform supports English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Marathi. Support team members can assist in multiple Indian languages. Contact our sales team for Enterprise language requirements.
